Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming international and domestic calls.
- Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all interactions.
- Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist with scheduling and appointment management.
- Handle administrative tasks, including mail distribution, and office supplies management.
- Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Prior experience in a similar role, particularly in handling international calls.
- Familiarity with the logistics or transportation industry is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency with office management software (MS Office, etc.).
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, and reliable.
