Work Dynamics

Job Title: Reception & Conference Centre Executive
Location: Hyderabad
Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary:
We seek a highly organized and customer-focused Reception & Conference Centre Executive to join our team at JLL Property Management. The successful candidate will provide exceptional front-desk services, manage conference centre operations, and ensure seamless day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Reception
1. Greet and direct visitors, clients, and employees.
2. Manage reception area, maintaining a tidy environment.
3. Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails and messages.
4. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.

Conference Centre
1. Manage conference room bookings, setup, and logistics.
2. Coordinate catering, audiovisual, and technical requirements.
3. Ensure timely setup and breakdown of events.

Administrative
1. Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems.
2. Provide administrative support to the property management team.
3. Handle documentation, mail, and package distribution.

Customer Service
1. Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
2. Respond to inquiries, resolving issues promptly.
3. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and security protocols.

Requirements:
1. 1-2 years of experience in reception, customer service, or conference management.
2. Bachelor's Degree (Hospitality/Business degree preferred).
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
4. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point).
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience in Front Office or guest facing roles.
2. Interest in being a part of facilities management.
