Key Responsibilities:
- Market Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, concentrating on top projects and leading developers.
- Client Outreach: Engage potential clients via phone, inviting them to our exclusive Dubai Property Expos.
- Expo Support: Assist clients during expos, introducing them to developers and showcasing premium investment opportunities.
- Project Presentations: Provide detailed insights into Dubai real estate projects to help clients make informed investment decisions.
- Sales Execution: Convert leads into successful sales, managing the entire process from initial inquiry to final closure.
- Client Follow-up: Maintain ongoing communication after expos, addressing queries and exploring additional investment options.
- Lead Management: Ensure timely follow-ups by accurately tracking and documenting client interactions.
- Open to both graduates and postgraduates.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Fluency in Hindi and English is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction and teamwork.
- Confidence in delivering real estate presentations both in person and over the phone.
- Professional grooming and presentation skills.
- Ability to guide clients confidently through their decision-making process.
