- Setting and achieving goals: Meeting sales targets and goals for the assigned area

- Listening to customers: Understanding customer needs and presenting appropriately
- Organizing site visits: Organizing and accompanying customers on site visits
- Reporting: Reporting on sales activities to management
- Identifying prospects: Using cold calling, networking, and customer referrals to identify potential customers
- Analyzing sales: Analyzing sales metrics to determine the effectiveness of sales strategies
- Researching competitors: Researching competitor pricing and market success to understand customer preferences
- Participating in events: Participating in seminars, conferences, and events to expand the business network
- Keeping up with market changes: Staying up to date with local and national real estate market changes
- Developing networks: Developing networks and cooperating with lawyers, mortgage lenders, and inspection personnel
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Performance bonus
