Job Description:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Quality Controller to oversee the quality assurance process at our manufacturing facility. The Quality Controller will ensure that all products meet our high standards of quality and consistency, from raw materials to final production.
Key Responsibilities:

Inspect and test materials, components, and finished products to ensure they meet company and industry quality standards.
Monitor production processes to identify any deviations from established quality standards.
Conduct thorough visual and dimensional inspections of products during different stages of production.
Identify defects or inconsistencies and collaborate with production teams to address and resolve quality issues.
Document and maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and corrective actions.
Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines to enhance production quality.
Work closely with production supervisors to ensure adherence to quality control policies.
Conduct regular audits of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety regulations.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations in the factory.

Qualifications and Skills:

2-3 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify defects or irregularities in products.
Knowledge of quality control procedures and inspection techniques.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Familiarity with safety and compliance standards in a manufacturing environment.
Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with production teams.
