Discription of job-
1. Responsible for all the QC activities of raw materials, packing materials sampling, testing and its report (COA) preparation.
2. Collect DM water from DM plant, testing it and generate report.
3. Preparation of raw and packing materials raw data sheet.
4. Receive chemicals and reagent from vendor and cross checking of correctness in qty. and for correct material received.
5. Also responsible for IPQC testing like general checking and physically parameter for lozenges- thickness, diameter, appearance and its shape.
6. Also responsible for finished product sampling and its testing and preparation of COA
7. To perform lab instruments calibration and its documents.
8. Dossier documents preparation and send to MOH.
9. Participate in trials batches and its testing.
10. Monitoring of complete QC area for environmental condition, cleanliness, hygiene practices of personal’s in QC and safety work.
11. Keep the entire instruments in good working condition.
12. Update the instruments running condition.
13. Follow exactly all rules and regulation as per GMP.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
