What would you do? • Will be responsible for overall quality of Audit of Claims • Support with tracking of pipeline-based partner incentives & industry-focused MDF & CO-OP Claims • Checking eligibility of the claims • Validating the claim documents as per guidelines and requesting required additional documents for claim processing. • Calculate approved amount of incentive to be paid to partner based on multiple Invoices in foreign currencies • Manage Partner Interactions • Demonstrates speed, agility, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills in their work • Responding to partner inquiries, and follow-up with partners • Meeting TAT and SLAs as per company • Identifying and driving initiatives to create efficiencies in the audit process • Manage internal and client stakeholder expectations • Simple reporting • Processing urgent requests on priority basis In Quality Management, you will be overseeing all activities and tasks needed to maintain a desired level of excellence. This includes the determination of a quality policy, creating and implementing quality planning and assurance, quality control, and quality improvement.
What are we looking for? o Internal Tracking Process (claim auditing, rebates, payment & credit tracking, simple reporting etc.) o Will be responsible for overall quality of Claim Audits o Checking eligibility of the claims o Validating the claim documents as per guidelines and requesting required additional documents for claim processing. o Calculate approved amount of incentive to be paid to partner based on multiple Invoices in foreign currencies. • SFDC knowledge is a big plus • MS Excel
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines • Your expected interactions are within your own team and direct supervisor • You will be provided detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments • The decisions that you make would impact your own work • You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
