Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Executive to join our team at Relsus India. The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience in quality assurance within the food industry and hold a B.Sc or M.Sc degree, or a B.Tech in Food Technology. The Quality Assurance Executive will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities:
1. Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures.
2. Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.
3. Conduct routine inspections and audits of production areas and equipment.
4. Perform quality control tests on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
5. Document and report any quality issues or non-conformances.
6. Assist in the development and implementation of corrective actions.
7. Collaborate with production and R&D teams to address quality-related concerns.
8. Maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities and results.
9. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and standards such as HACCP, GMP, and ISO.
10. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Technology (B.Sc or M.Sc), or B.Tech in Food Technology.
2. 0-2 years of experience in quality assurance within the food industry.
3. Knowledge of food safety regulations and quality management systems.
4. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
5. Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
8. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing issues.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
