Roles & Responsibilities /Duties to be Performed:
➢ Sound & Deep Knowledge of Compliances i.e. AOC4 in XBRL Form, MGT Form 7, DPT 3 Form, CSR 2 Form.
➢ Sound & Deep knowledge of all types of Registers i.e. BEN 1, BEN 2, BEN 3.
➢ Expertise in managing Register of Members, Register of shareholders.
➢ Deep knowledge of Demetalisation of Private Limited Shares.
➢ Able to Draft Boards Minutes of Meeting (MOM) from time to time.
➢ Able to handle related Party transactions with knowledge of Arm’s Length Price
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹485,246.00 - ₹825,840.37 per year
