About Hyve:
We are a company started by a group of IIM and NIFT graduates with a vision of building an apparel brand that India can be proud of. We are India's first online customization portal for active wear. Over the last 5 years, we have been able to serve more than 15000 clients across India. We offer fashionably designed, contemporary basics for men, women, and kids that are produced in India.
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

- Product Quality Inspection: Perform thorough inspections of garments, fabric, trims, and accessories to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Process Monitoring: Monitor all stages of the production process, from raw material receipt to the final product, to identify and rectify quality issues.
- Standards Enforcement: Ensure that production processes meet industry standards and internal company guidelines for quality and safety.
- Testing and Evaluation: Conduct tests for product durability, appearance, and function to ensure products meet customer expectations and specifications.
- Defect Reporting: Document and report any defects or deviations from standards to the production team and collaborate on corrective actions.
- Root Cause Analysis: Investigate root causes of recurring quality issues and suggest improvements to enhance production quality.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, quality standards (such as ISO), and company policies.
- Data Management: Maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, and any quality-related issues for future reference.
- Collaboration: Work closely with production, design, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of quality concerns.
- Bachelor’s degree in textile technology, fashion technology, or a related field.

- Strong knowledge of quality assurance methods, tools, and standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
