We are looking for Quality Assurance Inspectors with experience in the tire industry to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet quality standards and specifications throughout the manufacturing process. We require inspectors for different areas in production, including bead, calender, bias cutter, mixing, curing, and building.

Job Description:
We are looking for Quality Assurance Inspectors with experience in the tire industry to join our team. We require inspectors for different areas in production, including bead, calender, bias cutter, mixing, curing, and building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections of tire products at various stages of the manufacturing process, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Perform tests and evaluations on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods across designated production areas (bead, calendar, bias cutter, mixing, curing, building).
- Identify and document defects or deviations from specifications, collaborating with the production team to implement corrective actions.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, and quality metrics.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to develop and improve quality control procedures.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance protocols and guidelines.
- Stay updated on industry standards and regulatory requirements related to tire quality and safety.
- Participate in audits and assessments to evaluate compliance with quality management systems.
- Previous experience in quality assurance or quality control within the tire or automotive industry is preferred.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
