Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the finished goods inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient storage practices.
- Oversee the receiving, storing, and dispatching of finished tire products.
- Handle the FGS area, ensuring it is organized and compliant with safety and operational standards.
- Timely loading of tires for dispatch to customers, coordinating closely with logistics teams.
- Implement and maintain inventory control processes to minimize discrepancies and ensure accuracy.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and prepare reports on stock levels, turnover rates, and inventory discrepancies.
- Train and supervise warehouse staff, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Monitor and optimize warehouse processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Address and resolve any issues related to inventory management and product handling.
- Relevant experience of 4-5 years in inventory management or a similar role within the tire industry.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management systems and inventory control practices.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- ₹25,000 to ₹35,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
