Purchase Executive
Job Summary
Designation- Executive (For Raw Material & consumables)
Department- Purchase
Reporting- Purchase Head/HOD
Qualifications-Graduation (any)
Experience- In Consumables
Responsibilities and Duties-
Must have knowledge of Raw Material for Forging plant including consumables.
Receipt of Indents and processing the same,
Inviting quotations from suppliers and tabulate the same,
Negotiation with parties and prepare the comparison,
Approved of Quotations from HOD,
Entries in ERP of approved rules and quotations,
Generating Purchase order in ERP,
Bill Clearance through ERP,
create new accounts of new suppliers or fresh rates.
Qualifications-Graduation (any)
Skills-
Excellent in MS office(Word, Excel Power-point)
