About the company
We are an 18-year-old private limited company having its office at NAC Manimajra. Our company is primarily into providing Loyalty and Incentive solutions to big corporate clients.
The current strength of company employees is around 80 which we are expanding to reach to 100 in next two months. 80% of employees are female staff, we maintain good decorum and environment to make the working environment encouraging, motivating and safe.
Job Overview
1. What they will do: We are looking for self-motivated and eager learners who have experience of at least 3 to 5 years (Not Necessary in procurement/ purchase). Their primary role is to coordinate with various vendors across India and get the best purchase bargain for various requirements.
2. What is required: To be successful in this role, the candidate should have extraordinary communication and negotiation skills. In addition to this, they should be well-organized, attentive, and prompt.
Requirements
Office timing 09:45 to 7:30 pm
One paid leave per month
Lunch served in office (no deduction)

Requirements
- Graduate in any subject
- Experience minimum of 2-4 years
- Good in Excel
- Should be a team player
- Relationship building with vendors
- Good knowledge of GST.
- Good decision-making abilities
- Researching potential vendors
- Comparing and evaluating offers from suppliers
- Negotiating contract terms of agreement and pricing
- Preparation of purchase order and Quotations.
