Purchase Executive
Having experience in handling of materials purchase
Should be good in Ms-Excel, Negotiation skills, team management.
Should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.(English and Hindi).
Must be self-driven.
Annual contracts (Finding finalization & implementation) and Develop purchasing strategy and forecast levels of demand for services and products.
Setting up the weekly, monthly, quarterly procurement plan.New vendor development and management.
Handled overall basket of purchases, AMC & Job works.
Worked closely with the project team for expansion and new development.
Analysis of material cost to plan budget for material procurement and ensuring optimum level of inventory and cost efficient procurement.
Involved in identifications, sourcing and standardization of supplies along with the user department.
Identifying the right vendor who are capable of delivering products meeting our quality, cost and MOQ requirements
Develop a vendor base that can work with small quantities and short lead times.
Maintaining healthy relationship with vendors. Helping them understand our vision, what we stand for and how we can grow mutually
Responsible for on time PO issuance and competitive credit terms.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
