Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Executive to oversee and manage various projects related to abroad education at Your Pedia Global. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering (preferably M.Tech) and possess a comprehensive understanding of the abroad education landscape. Knowledge of IELTS preparation and experience in sales support will be a significant advantage. This role requires excellent leadership skills to guide the project team effectively and ensure the successful execution of all projects.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Plan, and execute multiple projects related to abroad education, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Sales Team Assistance: Collaborate with the sales team to provide insights and support on abroad education programs, helping to close leads and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to expand and improve abroad education offerings, keeping abreast of industry trends and changes.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure clear and effective communication.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle, from planning to execution and evaluation.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure projects stay on track.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data and feedback to refine project strategies and improve the effectiveness of abroad education programs.
- Proven experience in project handling, preferably in the education sector or related fields.
- Strong understanding of abroad education processes, including student counseling, and application procedures.
- Knowledge of IELTS preparation is highly advantageous.
- M.Tech in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
