1. Creation of Site Archives to support Study Closure

o Creation of user-friendly site datasets (conversion from CSV to PDF with appropriate headers, footers, page numbers etc.)

o Pulling DCRs from Veeva and storing them in the relevant site folders

o Storing relevant COT forms for relevant sites (according to location / languages)

o Password protecting zip files per site

2. Tracking archive receipt forms

3. Support for the Translations Manager, e.g. creation of screen shot packs for translations vendor and IRB submissions

4. Regular / scheduled completion of folder documentation checks

5. Regular / scheduled reminders to complete project user checks

6. Logistics tracking

7. Creation of training certificates (e.g. following Investigator Meeting training)

8. Creation of initial standard study document drafts (e.g. UAT plan, UAT issue log, Project Plan)

9. Excellent Communication, Presentation skills.
