### Job Description: Steel Shots/Foundry Production Supervisor
**Position Summary:**
The Steel Shots/Foundry Production Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the steel shots production and foundry department, ensuring efficiency, quality control, and safety compliance.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Supervise and manage production staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Oversee the production process, ensuring timely and efficient manufacturing of steel shots.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards, addressing any issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure proper functioning of equipment.
- Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Maintain production records and prepare regular reports for management.
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a foundry or steel shots production environment.
- Strong understanding of production processes and quality control standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
**Education:**
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, metallurgy, or a related field preferred.
