Job Profile
- Prepare a production plan in coordination with the Sales and design team
- Coordinate with the Purchase team on raw materials. Guiding Purchase department for scheduling as the production plan.
- Prepare process flow, and work instructions and continuously update the Sales, Design, and Management on the progress of the project.
- Managing project deliverables in line with the project plan and review of drawings and specifications for any queries and clarifications essential for production.
- Ensure production targets are met within the constraints of the budget and optimum production is achieved.
- Ensure that the installations manufactured are of consistent quality.
- Highlight technical issues and recommend probable solutions to the Sales, design and Management.
- Analyse root cause for the rejections and the rework, customer feedback and ensure the systems are in place to prevent the reoccurrence.
- Measure the cycle time and reduce the same to improve production.
- Device maintenance plan for the shop floor
- Analyse the requirement of new machinery to increase productivity/ new product line and accordingly present the case to Management for approval and purchase.
- Able to Interpret the drawings
- Monitoring Production as well dispatch
- Should have vast material knowledge.
- Know how to manage factory team.
