Position: Food Production and Management Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations in the food production department.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, including FSSAI and licensing requirements.
- Manage production schedules, inventory, and quality control processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production efficiency.
- Train and supervise staff on best practices in food handling and safety.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in food production and management.
- Strong knowledge of FSSAI regulations and food licensing processes.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
