We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Principal with a core focus on Science and Mathematics to lead our Olympiad Schools. The ideal candidate will have deep subject matter expertise in these areas and proven experience in nurturing academic excellence. This role involves strategic oversight, curriculum development, and staff management, with a particular emphasis on preparing students for competitive exams and academic contests.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

- Academic Leadership: Provide visionary leadership to develop and implement a curriculum that focuses on Science and Maths Olympiads, fostering a culture of academic rigor.
- Faculty Management: Lead and mentor a team of highly qualified teachers, ensuring high teaching standards and professional development opportunities.
- Student Achievement: Drive strategies for student success in competitive exams (Olympiads, NTSE, JEE, etc.) with a focus on Science and Maths subjects.
- Curriculum Development: Oversee the design and implementation of an advanced curriculum that prepares students for academic competitions and higher education.
- Parent & Community Relations: Engage with parents, students, and the wider school community to foster a collaborative environment for academic growth.
- Operational Management: Ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the school, managing budgets, resources, and compliance with educational standards.
- Education: Master’s degree in Science, Mathematics, or Educational Leadership. B.Ed. or M.Ed. preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in education with at least 5 years in leadership roles. Prior experience in Olympiad coaching or competitive exam preparation is highly desirable.
- Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to motivate staff and students.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
