Principal
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to serve as the Principal of our esteemed Nursing College. As the educational leader, the Principal will oversee all aspects of academic and administrative operations to ensure the delivery of high-quality nursing education and uphold the institution's standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Provide visionary leadership to advance the mission and goals of the Nursing College.
- Oversee curriculum development, implementation, and evaluation to meet accreditation standards and industry requirements.
- Recruit, develop, and retain qualified faculty and staff members who are dedicated to student success.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement, well-being, and professional growth.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including faculty, students, alumni, and healthcare partners, to enhance educational programs and community outreach initiatives.
- Manage fiscal resources effectively and ensure compliance with regulatory policies and procedures.
- Represent the Nursing College in professional forums and advocate for the advancement of nursing education.
- Master's degree in Nursing; Doctorate preferred.
- Active nursing license in any State.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in academic administration, preferably in nursing education.
- Strong understanding of accreditation standards and regulatory requirements related to nursing education.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in education.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
