Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

'Work on the Platform strategy & transformational Projects for infrastructure & service management (DC & Cloud).:

Work on the platform strategy & transformational projects for infrastructure & service management set-up (DC, Cloud & Command Centre):
Creating strategy, delivery and manage the transformational projects for cloud & infrastructure.

- Work with mahindra business teams for their cloud transformation major workloads - MES, Design softwares, HPCs etc.
- Work on the cloud strategy design for the business - selection of cloud service provider, design and negotiations with cloud for committment discounts.

Collaborate with partners, vendors to bring innovative & effective solutions for current & future use cases on Cloud
Support in driving proof of concepts, projects and collaborate with the IT team to ensure seamless integration of Cloud services with existing systems
Work on enhancing service management process & set-up command centre.

- Create the strategy for the service management - operations.

Developing and implementing service level agreements (SLAs) for clients.
Create forums, contents & share cloud success stories with cross functional team to increase adoption.
Work with hyperscalars and faciliates the sessions, technology centre visits etc. for the cross functional business & IT teams.

Experience

10+ yrs.
