Platform Strategy - Service & infra
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
'Work on the Platform strategy & transformational Projects for infrastructure & service management (DC & Cloud).:
- Work on the cloud strategy design for the business - selection of cloud service provider, design and negotiations with cloud for committment discounts.
- Work on the platform strategy & transformational projects for infrastructure & service management set-up (DC, Cloud & Command Centre):
- Creating strategy, delivery and manage the transformational projects for cloud & infrastructure.
- Work on the cloud strategy design for the business - selection of cloud service provider, design and negotiations with cloud for committment discounts.
- Collaborate with partners, vendors to bring innovative & effective solutions for current & future use cases on Cloud
- Support in driving proof of concepts, projects and collaborate with the IT team to ensure seamless integration of Cloud services with existing systems
- Work on enhancing service management process & set-up command centre.
- Developing and implementing service level agreements (SLAs) for clients.
- Create forums, contents & share cloud success stories with cross functional team to increase adoption.
- Work with hyperscalars and faciliates the sessions, technology centre visits etc. for the cross functional business & IT teams.
Experience
10+ yrs.
