- Develop marketing materials and strategies to enhance the visibility of the university's placement services.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Experience in higher education or working with college students.
- Familiarity with social media and digital marketing strategies for career services.
