Training & Placement Officer
- Provide career counseling and guidance to students, helping them understand their strengths, interests, and potential career paths.
- Assist students in preparing their resumes, cover letters, and portfolios, ensuring they are well-prepared for job applications.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with companies, industry partners, and potential employers to create job opportunities for students.
- Organize and coordinate campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and other placement activities.
- Match students' skills and qualifications with suitable job openings, ensuring they are placed in roles that align with their career goals.
- Monitor and track the placement progress of students, providing support and follow-up as needed.
- Maintain an updated database of students, alumni, and potential employers, ensuring accurate and timely information is available for placement activities.
- Prepare reports on placement statistics, trends, and outcomes, presenting data to management and stakeholders.
- Provide feedback to academic departments on the evolving needs of employers, suggesting curriculum enhancements where necessary.
- Collaborate with industry experts to organize guest lectures, webinars, and networking events for students.
- Ensure that all placement activities comply with institutional policies and legal requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation of all placement activities, agreements with employers, and student records.
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with students, employers, and industry professionals.
- Proficiency in career development tools and techniques.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
