Assist in day-to-day operations across multiple businesses
Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings
Handle email and phone communications, ensuring timely follow-ups
Research and implement new tools or strategies to improve efficiency
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Miscellaneous Tasks - any work given
Qualifications:
Prior experience as a personal assistant or in administrative roles
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language
Proficiency in MS Office and basic online tools (Google Workspace, etc.)
Problem-solving attitude and ability to take initiative
Flexible with working hours to meet business demands
