Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across various channels (social media, SEM, display) for both new and existing games.
Performance Analysis: Analyze key performance metrics such as Cost per Acquisition (CPA), Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and Lifetime Value (LTV) to inform strategic decisions.
Creative Development: Lead the ad creative cycle by analyzing performance data, optimizing existing creatives, and planning future designs.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Game Development, Live Ops, Community Management) and external partners to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscapes to drive innovation in marketing strategies.
Essential Requirements
Experience: 3+ years in performance marketing within the mobile gaming sector.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in using marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) like Adjust.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with in-app advertising monetization strategies and App Store Optimization (ASO).
Proven track record of successful campaign management with a focus on ROI.
Passion for mobile games and familiarity with gaming audiences.
