Responsibilities ● Identify target audiences, objectives, and desired outcomes of the marketing campaign. ● Research and develop a marketing strategy, including the content, distributionstrategy(Offline and online both), budget allocation, and metrics for ROI. ● Understand data, and insights, and analyze market trends. ● Production and performance of content (social media/ads). ● Manage/assist digital marketing campaigns and SEO. ● Understand and establish quality standards as per the market trends. ● Develop the content for marketing campaigns (writing and Canva is a must). ● Stay up-to-date on current marketing trends. ● Manage and allocate budget correctly. ● Knowledge about Ecommerce marketing and D2C platforms (amazon, Spotify, Youtube,flipkart). Requirements: ● Master's degree in marketing, economics, commerce, or any related field. ● 2 - 3 years of relevant experience ● Google and Meta Ad certifications ● A case study or proven experience of a previous ad campaign run by the candidate mustbe submitted. ● A creative vision, the ability to weave and tell stories. ● Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills ● Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative ● Very high standards for creatives and content- those that are recognized at an international scale. ● Should have an understanding of how to get clients for consultancies/service-basedagencies.
