Job Description: Experience Executive We are looking for an Experience Executive who will assist our Founder with all internal and external initiatives and has HR as a key responsibility. You will act as an administrator of People-related queries from employees and external partners and work closely with the Founder at Rasta. Your main administrative duties include recruiting candidates and onboarding new hires based on workforce plan, maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records and onboarding guides), performance management during appraisals, training and development planning, and coordinating with various departments at Rasta. Our ideal candidate should have experience with HR procedures and be able to juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities: (HR)
End-to-end Recruitments
Organize and maintain employee records
Update internal databases (e.g. record leaves, attendance etc.)
Prepare HR documents, like employment offer letter and new hire onboarding document
Revise company policies based on changing organization needs
Liaise with internal and external partners, like finance and accounting,
Create regular reports, excel sheets, dashboards and presentations on HR metrics (e.g. hiring, attrition, etc.)
Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
Provide support during performance reviews and appraisals
Participate in HR projects (e.g. strategy for employee well-being and training/development)
Key Responsibilities: (BD, Admin & Operations)
Assist in the preparation of materials for presentations and meetings internal/external
Track progress of various projects and provide updates
Plan, coordinate Founder's external and internal meetings
Coordinate with all external vendors on behalf of founder
Check on client morale by speaking with team or clients
Keep Rasta's Website and Social Media updated to ensure excellent recruiter branding
BD support:
Send Credentials deck and proposal on behalf of the founder in liaison with internal teams & finance
Maintain a BD status support sheet
Key Requirements
:
Proven work experience (at least 2 years) as an HR Recruitments and Operations or relevant role
Graduate or PG in Human Resources
Computer literacy (MS Excel, Presentation, Google Dashboards, in particular)
Great communication and presentation skills
Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects.
