The People & Culture Specialist is responsible for enhancing workplace culture by focusing on employee relations, engagement, and grievance management. This role will ensure employees feel supported, engaged, and aligned with the company's values, creating a positive and productive work environment. Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with employees to foster a positive workplace. Act as a point of contact for employee-related queries and concerns, ensuring fair and equitable treatment across the organization.
Design and implement engagement programs that align with the company’s goals and culture. Regularly assess and address areas for improving employee morale through feedback mechanisms such as surveys and focus groups. Organize events and initiatives to boost team cohesion and employee satisfaction.
Handle employee grievances in a confidential, timely, and effective manner. Implement strategies to resolve conflicts, mitigate risks, and address workplace issues. Collaborate with management and HR teams to ensure policies are followed and resolutions are in the best interest of both the employee and the company.
Promote open communication across all levels of the organization, ensuring employees feel heard and valued. Develop recognition programs that reward and motivate employees for their contributions and achievements.
Collaborate on wellness initiatives to support employee health, work-life balance, and overall well-being. Use data-driven insights to evaluate the impact of these programs on employee satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in employee relations, engagement, and grievance management.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism and confidentiality.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
