1) PLANNING & EXECUTION OF DESIGN/DEVELOPMENT TEST REQUIREMENTS.
2) ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS & COUNTER-MEASURE DEVLOPMENT
3) CO-ORDINATION WITH CAE/DESIGN TEAM FOR RESULT VALIDATION & IMPLEMENTATION.
4) TEAM MANAGEMENT AND IMPART TRAINING
Competency Requirements :
1) EXPERIENCE IN VEHICLE RELATED SAFETY TESTING LIKE SEAT BELT ANCHORAGE, HEAD FORM, BUMPER & SIDE IMPACT, PEDESTRIAN HEADFORM & LEGFORM TESTS.
2) AWARENESS OF PEDESTRIAN SAFETY TEST DUMMIES LIKE HEADFORM, FLEX-PLI, A-PLI etc.
3) AWARENESS ON PASSIVE SAFETY REGULATIONS
4) AWARENESS OF NCAP PROTOCOLS AND SAFETY RATINGS
5) HANDS ON UG EXPERIENCE
TEAM PLAYER, GOOD ANALYTICAL/ PRESENTATION SKILLS & DECISION-MAKING SKILLS. FUTURE PLANNING & CONCEPUALIZATION THINKING.
Specific Expertise :
