Design and Develop Complex Multi-layered PCBs using Industry Standard Design Tools and Techniques, ensuring Considerations for Design for Manufacturing (DFM), Design for Test (DFT) and Design for Assembly (DFA).
Perform Schematic Capture, Layout Design with Altium Designer and Perform Circuit Simulations, Component Selection tasks for Assigned Projects.
Develop and Maintain Detailed Documentation for all PCB Designs, including Schematics, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and Assembly Drawings.
Participate in Design Reviews and Independently Manage Hardware Development Tasks, including Prototyping, Testing, and Debugging etc.
Able to Work Closely with Design Managers to Review and Recommend Improvements to Existing Designs and Procedures to Create Reliable Circuits that Meet Design Space Exploration (DSE) Requirements
Proven Experience of Working with Cross-Functional Project Teams in Understanding Circuit Requirements and Limitations, to ensure Adherence to Electrical, Mechanical and Manufacturing Specifications for Successful Integration of PCBs / Electronics into the Final Product.
Work Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering.
Minimum of 6 - 8 years of Experience in Using Altium Designer Software Packages for PCB Designs and Hardware Design & Development.
Good Understanding of Analogue, Digital, High-Speed and Power Supply Circuits, Design Principles, and Signal Integrity.
Very-High Attention to Detail and Able to Work in a High-Pace Environment, Minimizing the Number of Iterations.
Self-Disciplined and Able to Work with International Project Teams under Customer Schedules and Timelines and Deliver the PCBs with the Expected Quality, On Time.
Excellent Problem Solving and Analytical Skills and Effective Communication and Collaboration Skills.
