Shift- 7:am – 3:30pm Monday to Friday- Fixed Shift Main Responsibilities of Payroll Executive Your main responsibilities will include: · Assisting with end-to-end payroll processing and administration · Calculating and verifying employee salaries and deductions in accordance with company policies, employment contracts, and legal regulations · Ensuring timely and accurate on boarding of employees, including employee details, timesheets, and attendance records, to maintain precise payroll records · Responding promptly to employee inquiries and concerns regarding their payroll · Generating payroll reports, such as payroll summaries, tax reports, and labour cost analyses · Checking employee timesheets, login and logout time on daily basis · Participating in process improvement initiatives · Building and maintaining positive relationships with employees of organization · Staying updated with the latest payroll regulations, tax laws, and labour standards Key Requirements · You hold a Degree in Finance, Accounting, Pref- B.com/M.com · You have practical experience in payroll processing and administration · You possess excellent attention to detail for accurate payroll management and support · You are well-versed in payroll laws, regulations, and compliance requirements · You are proficient in using payroll software and tools to process payroll efficiently, generate reports, and manage records · You have experience maintaining confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive data · You have strong problem-solving skills · You possess strong written and verbal communication skills Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits:
