Job Description: Patient Relationship Executive
Ayur VAID Hospitals is a pioneering chain of new generation Ayurveda hospitals, dedicated to applying Ayurveda to solve modern health problems. Now with nine hospitals & Clinics across India (in Kochi, Gurgaon, Uttarakhand ,Bangalore, Chennai and Delhi) and a growing network of Physicians, Ayur VAID has become the biggest chain of Ayurveda hospitals in India and demonstrated strong clinical outputs over the past 18 years of operations. Ayur VAID is currently hiring Patient Relationship Executive for Domlur, Bangalore region.
Currently, we are looking for smart, young individuals to work in Hospitals Operations function, as Patient Relationship Executive. The person will be responsible for ensuring Patient Satisfaction and closure for therapies for all patients visiting our centre
Key Responsibilities
· Interaction with patients coming for consultation at our Hospitals – to explain our procedure, any queries on the process, outcomes etc., in conjunction with doctors
· Post consultation, work with patients in taking therapies with Ayur VAID – counselling, financial discussions, follow-up and closure
· Explore opportunities to bring in new patients
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree, MBA/ Masters preferred
· 3-4 years' experience in Patient Counselling and closure
· Patient empathy and ability to convince patients to continue with Ayur VAID service
· Financial acumen to work out possible opportunities with patients
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
