● Coordinating with patients and healthcare providers to schedule consultations, counselling sessions, and tests. ● Preparing and formatting documents using Microsoft Word and other software programs. ● Communicating with patients via various Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms to keep them informed about the next steps in their care. ● Answering patient queries and ensuring the best experience for our patients ● Prioritising and managing multiple tasks and their deadlines Desired Skills & Experience: ● Strong Interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills - This is necessary for this profile ● 0-1 years of experience in healthcare administration or patient coordination. ● Any Bachelor's degree (Healthcare administration or a related field will be preferred) ● Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. ● Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills. ● Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is preferred.
