Patient Counselor
Requirements
A Counselor is required to help patients understand the details of the procedure they intend to undergo & the different options available.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: From ₹9,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Candidate residing near Madhyamgram, Dum Dum, Birati
- Candidate from hospital background only needs to apply for the vacancy.
- Good communication skills in Bengali, Hindi & English
- Should be able to interact pleasantly with patients and their attendants • Advocacy skills
- Ability to respond effectively to the needs of the patient
- Engaging interpersonal skills
- Basic Knowledge of Computers mandatory
A Counselor is required to help patients understand the details of the procedure they intend to undergo & the different options available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make the patient understand the procedure with the help of counseling charts/presentations and other aids
- Provide the details with expenses involved of all the different options available
- Give pre-operative instructions to the patient
- Coordinate with TPA & other concerned departments
- Provide information of surgeries booked to all the concerned departments
- Proper documentation regularly
- Should be able to do OPD Billing
- Should be able to handle day-to-day Front Office Activities.
Pay: From ₹9,000.00 per month
