Educate customers on settlement options and guide the best course of action Respond to inquiries in a timely and effective manner and treat customers fairly and consistently Negotiates account settlement within established guidelines Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment arrangements Achieve monthly targets for call volume, successful negotiations, and customer satisfaction Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and customer experience Requirements: At least 1 to 3 years of experience in sales or related field.
