We seek a highly motivated and results-driven Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, negotiation.
Responsibilities:
Contact customers who are behind on their payments and negotiate repayment plans.
Educate customers on settlement options and guide the best course of action
Respond to inquiries in a timely and effective manner and treat customers fairly and consistently
Negotiates account settlement within established guidelines
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment arrangements
Achieve monthly targets for call volume, successful negotiations, and customer satisfaction
Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and customer experience
Requirements:
At least 1 to 3 years of experience in sales or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly motivated individuals with a positive attitude and excellent people skills.
Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills.
Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
