Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Database Administrator (DBA) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle database management and will be responsible for maintaining the performance, integrity, and security of our Oracle databases.

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Database Administrator (DBA) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle database management and will be responsible for maintaining the performance, integrity, and security of our Oracle databases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and upgrade Oracle databases and related software.
- Monitor database performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize database configurations.
- Implement backup and recovery strategies, ensuring data integrity and availability.
- Perform regular database maintenance tasks such as patching, upgrades, and performance tuning.
- Manage user access and security, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Develop and implement database policies and procedures to ensure data security and integrity.
- Work closely with development teams to design database schemas and optimize queries.
- Automate routine database tasks using scripts and tools.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for database configurations, procedures, and policies.
- Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in Oracle Database, Oracle E-Business Suite Applications, Oracle Web Logic, Oracle RAC Database, Oracle Access Manager
- Experience in 19c RAC database administration, patching, upgrade, configuration and tuning.
- Experience in database backup\recovery, cloning.
- Monitor database performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement tuning solutions
- Experience in Oracle E-Business Suite Applications R12.2- Apps DBA & System administration tasks - sysadmin tasks, customization migration, patching, cloning ,automation etc.
- Knowledge of Oracle Web Logic administrator, OCI cloud administration
- Ability to analyze problems, develop solutions and bring program/project execution to completion.
- Knowledge of IBM DB2 and MS SQL Server in database administration tasks is a plus.
- Knowledge of Shell scripting, SQL, PL/SQL
- Knowledge of System Administration with Oracle Linux \ Red Hat Linux will be preferred.
