Familiarity with SEO practices is considered an added advantage. Responsibilities and Duties: Client Communication
Manage and respond to client inquiries and communication through email, ensuring timely and professional responses.
Utilize Whats App and other messaging platforms to engage with clients, addressing their queries and concerns.
Social Media Management:
Create and maintain a consistent presence on social media platforms.
Engage with followers, respond to comments, and proactively reach out to potential clients.
Share relevant content to enhance brand visibility.
Lead Generation:
Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract potential clients.
Utilize various channels, including social media, to identify and reach out to potential leads.
Nurture leads through effective communication and follow-up.
SEO Knowledge (Add-on):
If the candidate possesses SEO knowledge, contribute to the optimization of online content to improve search engine rankings.
Stay updated on SEO trends and incorporate best practices into content and communication strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in client communication and lead generation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in using email, Whats App, and various social media platforms.
Familiarity with SEO practices (Prefered)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Education and Experience:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field. (Preferred)
Previous experience in a similar role is Preferred.
