**Job Title: Online/Inside Sales Executive**
**Location:** Panipat, Haryana
**Salary:** Up to ₹25,000 per month
**Experience:** Minimum 1 year
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Panipat, Haryana. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 yeas of experience in inside sales, with a proven track record in lead generation through platforms such as Amazon, India Mart, Trade India, and other relevant channels. This role involves leveraging telesales techniques to drive sales and build strong customer relationships.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Lead Generation:** Identify and generate leads through platforms like Amazon, India Mart, Trade India, and other online and offline sources.
- **Sales Calls:** Conduct outbound telesales calls to potential customers, qualify leads, and convert them into sales opportunities.
- **Customer Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- **Product Knowledge:** Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to effectively address customer queries and present tailored solutions.
- **Sales Reporting:** Track and report on sales activities, lead conversions, and customer feedback. Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
**Requirements:**
- **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales or telesales, with a focus on lead generation through platforms such as Amazon, India Mart, Trade India, etc.
- **Skills:**
- Proven track record in generating and converting leads.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of telesales techniques and customer engagement strategies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- **Location:** Must be based in or willing to relocate to Panipat, Haryana.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience in the Inside sales at Manufacturing and machineries field is a plus.
- Familiarity with additional lead generation platforms and tools.
