Key Responsibilities · Manage and organize calendars and appointments to optimize executives’ time. · Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications, responding as appropriate to ensure clear and effective communication. · Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents. · File and retrieve documents and reference materials. · Conduct research, assemble and analyse data to prepare reports and documents. · Manage and maintain executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements. · Arrange and coordinate meetings and events. · Record, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings. · Monitor, screen, respond to, and distribute incoming communications. · Liaise with internal staff at all levels. · Interact with external clients and stakeholders. · Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary.
