Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including ensuring compliance with company policies.
Maintaining digital and physical records, including filing documents and disposing of older records
Assist in planning and coordinating company events, meetings, and conferences.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data collection. Input and update data in databases or spreadsheets as needed.
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This includes managing office supplies, maintaining office equipment, and handling correspondence.
Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services. Process invoices and expense reports.
Responsible for office administration payments within approved expense limits and they are made within reasonable time to ensure business continuity
Requirements:-
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point) and office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners).
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information
