A medical investigation officer shall be responsible for understanding the requirement of the clients for each case that has to be investigated.
Responsible for investigating cases by visiting the hospital for local cashless case, Reimbursement, Personal accident and death claims and also supervising field investigators/Executives at ground level.
Responsible for preparing summary and detailed reports of the findings and as per the requirement of the clients on timely basis. Also responsible for communicating with insured/claimant if required.
Responsible for gathering quality evidences pertaining to cases within TAT given by the clients.
To maintain strong communication and relationship with client by intimating minute to minute status related to the cases.
To maintain a strong co-ordination with the in house team for generating and preparing reports. To be thorough with internal software & Mobile app working if required.
To train the field officers (FO) & to understand and solve the concerns of the (FO) To achieve case and reports targets with more than 95% TAT and acceptable quality.(monthly basis) To learn, adapt and implement new amendments/software/portals/procedures introduced.
Responsible for uploading reports on client portal. To support operations team for validation of cases and reports on monthly basis for submission of invoices to the clients.

Qualification - BAMS, BHMS, BPT
TPA from Health insurance
Resident doctor
MSC nursing (practicing in hospital)
