Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and screening candidates for various job positions within the organization. You will be working closely with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and determine recruitment strategies. Key Responsibilities: · Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for multiple open positions. · Source candidates using a variety of methods including job boards, social media, and networking. · Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates. · Create job postings that are compelling, informative, and attract high-quality applicants. · Post job openings on various job boards, career websites, and social media platforms. · Conduct initial phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit. · Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and provide guidance throughout the interview process. · Prepare interview questions and evaluation forms. · Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. · Provide timely communication to candidates regarding the status of their applications. · Work closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand specific job requirements. · Offer expert advice on recruitment strategies, candidate availability, and market conditions. · Conduct reference checks and background screenings to verify candidate credentials and suitability for the role. · Assist in the onboarding process by coordinating documentation, new hire orientation, and necessary training. · Track and report key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness. · Continuously improve the recruiting process by analyzing data and recommending improvements. · Promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work by engaging in employer branding initiatives. Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar role.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
Good decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
