VA Mantra is seeking a social media and marketing specialist for on-site, night shift work only.

Mailchimp, Constant Contact, Mailer Lite, YAMM, Gmass, Active Campaign, Send Grid, Go High Level, One Page.io, Webflow, Click Funnels, Word Press, Canva, Photoshop, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, e Clincher, Metricool, Loomly
Working Hours:
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Schedule:
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management: Create and manage social media channels for a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Content Strategy: Research and understand each client's business to plan and develop tailored content strategies.
- Graphic Oversight: Oversee graphic design work, providing feedback and corrections to ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Team Support: Assist team members with client queries related to digital marketing, SEO, posting, and design/editing tasks.
- Content Creation Tools: Proficiently use Chat GPT and other AI tools to generate engaging video scripts and content.
- Concept Application: Utilize the concepts of hook, story, and offer to enhance content effectiveness.
- Content Calendar Preparation: Develop content calendars in advance to ensure timely and organized content delivery.
- Email Marketing: Experience with plain text and HTML emails.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in social media management or a related field.
- Content Expertise: Proven ability to create compelling content that engages target audiences.
- Design Knowledge: Strong understanding of design principles to effectively collaborate with editors and designers.
- Language Proficiency: Exceptional command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with digital marketing tools, SEO practices, and social media platforms.
- Team Player: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.

- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM
- Days Off: Saturday and Sunday
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
