We are seeking a sincere and proactive Accounts Assistant to handle day-to-day accounting tasks and manage books of accounts for various clients. This role includes US payroll processing and sales tax returns filing, providing exposure to international financial practices. The position requires working from our office during the night shift, with NO work-from-home option. Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily bookkeeping and accounting tasks for multiple clients.
Manage books of accounts, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
Process US payroll and handle sales tax returns filing for clients.
Work with Quick Books and MS Excel to maintain and update records.
Take initiative in resolving accounting issues and ensuring compliance.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with Quick Books is a strong advantage.
Proficiency in advanced Excel functions.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Self-driven, hardworking, and capable of working independently.
Job Details:
Shift: Night shift (5 PM to 2 AM, Monday to Friday).
Note: There is no pickup and drop facility.
Work Location: On-site (NO work from home).
