The Company BJS Home Delivery is a young, independently owned, two-man home delivery business, ambitious to improve the quality of its services at every opportunity. Working with recognised online brands, we specialise in delivering bulky, high-value purchases such as furniture, electronics, beds, and white goods to homeowners, most of which are purchased via retailers’ websites. Job Role and Responsibilities:
Process invoices entries on accounting software.
Analyse transaction information to identify refunds, delinquent accounts andinsufficient payments.
Prepare and disburse invoices to customers.
Resolve issues with delinquent accounts through contacting and working with thecustomer.
Reconcile transactions with statements.
Maintain accurate financial record of all receivable and payable transactions,verifications, etc.
Maintains financial security by following internal accounting controls.Job Requirements:
Hands on experience with accounting software Sage and Xero.
Knowledge of Accounting Regulations and Procedures of India, UK and US.
Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
Excellent team management skills
Working knowledge of MS Office Suite.
