Multi Skill Technician

Position: Multi Skill Technician(MST)
Experience: 2+years
Location: Hyderabad
Gender: Male
Multi Skill Technician is responsible for the management of services and processes that support the core technical operations. He will ensure that the all MEP Equipment’s up & Running.
Responsibilities

He will manage and maintain includes but not limited to the following: -
Daily facility walkthrough and preparing snag list
Addressing the Snag list and reporting
Make sure all the lights are working in facility
Client offices AC temperature monitored and maintain at 23+/- 1degee Celsius
All Server/Hub room AC to be checked and maintain at 21+/- 1degee Celsius
Addressing the service request ticket within SLA timeline
Checking and maintain HVAC low side- AHUs, Cassette air-conditioning, split air conditioners, CSU etc.
Make sure all the UPS are working normal and the room temperature is being maintained
Checking and making sure all the common meeting room AV system, lights, AC is functional
All MEP equipment’s are checked on daily basis
All the In-house PPM carried out as per schedule
Vendor escort and coordination
Tracking the MEP consumption
KWH readings of all sites to be recording and monitoring frequently
Addressing the service request ticket within SLA timeline
Service reports need to be maintained at site
Equipment history cards to be maintained and to be updated
Service reports of all service calls to maintain.
Electrical Power Distribution System- low side, all DBs, panels, switches and sockets etc, liaison with electrical authorities. Fire Alarm and public address system. UPS and UPS room, batteries, panels distribution and light fixture etc maintained and operations
Plumbing – all sanitary and water shafts, piping, drainage system, toilets, taps etc. maintenance and operations.
Doors, hinges and door closers, carpentry and required civil works, painting and polishing, partitions, panic bars etc.
Switch off the unwanted lights & AC units
