Roles & Responsibilities:
Create Jigs & Fixture concepts with latest technology to have Quick Action intent
Able to understand the customer requirements and proactive planning
Develop Quick Action Jig concepts, 3D Modelling & Detailing and Creation of Manufacturing Drawings with DFM in in UG Nx software
Tool requirement planning as per repair operation charts or process planning of Aero Engine Components
Co-ordinate with onsite coordinator to get design concepts approval from customer,
Quality check of deliverables with First Time Right and On Time Delivery
Defect Analysis and continuous improvement on tool designs/concepts
Able to understand & implement ISO/Japanese Standard Tooling Elements
Should have Expertise in UG Nx with Advanced functions and surface features
Able to guide and lead the team
Interpretation of Different Aero Engine Blades
Should have Good Analytical Skills
Should have Japanese Language skills
Required Skills (Technical Competency):
Strong Manufacturing Engineering Capabilities
Knowledge of Hydraulics/Pneumatic Tooling
Knowledge on hand calculations for tooling strength/stress requirements
Ability to interpret engineering/manufacturing drawings
Good knowledge on GD & T
Good knowledge on various tooling standards and equipment’s
Good knowledge of various machines, manufacturing processes & NDT operations
Good knowledge of tooling and aerospace materials
Good knowledge of tool manufacturing/tool room activities
Knowledge on other CAD packages will be an added advantage
Knowledge of creating stage models and drawings for aero engine parts,
Awareness on different engineering standards of various ISO and ASME chapters / edition,
Knowledge of Automated Mechanisms of Location & Clamping
Awareness on aerospace engine components and assemblies,
