Job descriptionsAs the Graphics Designer at Onething, you will play a critical role in shaping the visual identity of our client s projects and leading a team of talented graphic designers. You will collaborate closely with clients, project managers, and the creative team to ensure the successful execution of design projects from concept to completion. Your creative vision, design expertise, and leadership skills will be instrumental in driving the success of our project. Creative Direction and Design Leadership:
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

- Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design environment.
- Review and approve design concepts, offering guidance and feedback to team members.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements, objectives, and target audience.
- Present design concepts to clients, addressing feedback and revisions as needed.
- Act as the primary point of contact for design-related client communication.
- Maintain high design standards and ensure the quality and consistency of design deliverables.
- Conduct design reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
- Provide ongoing guidance and support to the graphic design team, promoting their professional growth and skill development.
- Conduct performance evaluations, set goals, and facilitate training as necessary.
- Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to keep the agency at the forefront of design innovation.
- Lead by example through hands-on design work, contributing to the agency s design projects.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure projects are executed within budget constraints.
- Manage resources efficiently to optimize project profitability.
- Deep understanding of design principles, with grasp of typography, composition, colors theory, balance etc
- Be up to date on current graphic design and social media trends
- 2 - 4 years of extensive experience in graphic design with a diverse portfolio
- Proficient with the Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, In Design)
- Knowledge of 3D desi
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
